About The Position

AWIN is seeking a Body Shop Estimator to join their Advanced Auto Body Centre team. This role is crucial for providing optimal service to customers by analyzing collision repair damage, assessing vehicle structural components, adhering to insurance guidelines, and working with technicians. The Body Shop Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate pricing and quotes, maintaining customer communication throughout the repair process, managing multiple repairs simultaneously, and implementing a quality check process to ensure repairs meet standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or automotive position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Sound understanding of all automotive functionalities.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
  • Must have experience with Mitchell or Audatex

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Collision repair damage
  • Assess structural components of a vehicle
  • Adhering to and applying insurance guidelines
  • Working with Body Technicians through the dismantle process
  • Provide accurate pricing and quotes for all vehicles
  • Maintain communication with customers and be available to answer questions throughout the repair process
  • Effectively manage multiple repairs simultaneously
  • Implement an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles and ensuring the repair is up to standard.
