Requirements
- Body shop estimating experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of insurance processes and DRP relationships a plus
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Write accurate repair estimates using CCC One
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians
- Manage repair timelines and ensure proper documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process
