About The Position

Priority Ford ’s Body Shop in Norfolk, VA is seeking an experienced, high-performing Body Shop Estimator to join our growing collision repair operation. This is a key role for someone who knows how to write accurate estimates, communicate clearly with customers and insurance partners, and keep repairs moving efficiently from start to finish.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a body shop estimator (required)
• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance procedures
• Experience with CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex estimating systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Write accurate and thorough collision repair estimates using industry-standard estimating systems
• Work directly with customers, insurance companies, and technicians throughout the repair process
• Perform vehicle damage assessments and explain repair plans clearly and professionally
• Monitor repair progress to ensure cycle time, quality, and customer satisfaction goals are met
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with OEM and insurance guidelines
