The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is looking for a Customer Support Specialist / Administrative Assistant to join our busy Collision Center in Elkton, MD. What You'll Do Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone Support daily office operations within the collision center Handle accounts payable/receivable, deposits, receipts & petty cash Assist with insurance processing, data entry, and documentation Maintain accurate files, reports, and records Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow Perform additional administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Self-motivated with the ability to multitask Computer skills required (QuickBooks or similar a plus) Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus High School Diploma or GED required Valid Driver's License Ready to Get Started?
