Hendrick Collision is hiring a paint prepper! This role is for a very busy, air-conditioned, state-of-the-art facility, with all of the best equipment to help you efficiently complete proper repairs. Requirements
- Experience as a paint prepper in an automotive collision center.
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques for automotive painting.
- Ability to use hand and power tools related to paint preparation.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with OEM and ICAR training.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art collision repair facilities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers.
- Ensure all surfaces are properly prepped to meet quality standards for paint application.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate and maintain paint preparation equipment.
