This role is responsible for accurately recording the sale, profit, and commissions payable on all sold units, and to maintain accurate accounting of vehicle inventories. The position involves billing new and used car deals, receipting monies, organizing deal paperwork, processing pay-off checks for trade-ins, processing dealer trades, generating commission reports, and routing paid deals to the tag and title clerk. The role also provides administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
