Requirements

Hard working with an energetic personality
Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
Have or be able to acquire the required certifications
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
A reliable, consistent work history and a clean drug test are required.

Nice To Haves

Prior collision estimating experience is a huge plus

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries they may have
Perform vehicle walk arounds and document any concerns
Consult with insurance companies on applicable repairs
Keep the customer and the insurance company informed on completion times, expenses, and possible changes
Remain involved with delivery of vehicles to customers upon completion to assure all customer concerns can be addressed
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
Spend quality time building a relationship with customers and insurance companies
