Requirements

Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
At least 5 years of body shop management and automotive customer service experience
A hard-working can-do attitude
Excellent interpersonal and management skills

Responsibilities

Help manage Body Shop Clerk & Technician staff, assisting with scheduling, payroll, inventory & tool needs
Ensure Technician’s workflows are going smoothly and customer needs are prioritized
Managing technician productivity
Document all repairs & orders properly
Oversee vehicle washing, waxing, revitalizing processes
Interacting with external vendors on parts inventory
Required to maintain the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Required to understand and keep abreast of all federal, state and local regulations that affect their operations.
Effective vehicle production and inventory control
