Requirements

Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Cash handling experience
Accurate and efficient typing skills
Basic math skills
General computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a body shop environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software preferred

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and provide outstanding customer service
Open, update, and close repair orders
Process customer payments and handle daily deposits
Collect customer information and provide repair status updates
Maintain accurate records in CCC ONE, ARMS, and body shop management software
Track customer satisfaction surveys, event logs, and delivery date commitments
Review open repair orders daily with estimators and update production status
Coordinate with insurance companies and schedule estimate appointments
Ensure repair order documentation is complete and compliant with company guidelines
Collaborate with management, estimators, and support teams to improve operations and customer satisfaction
Assist with accounts receivable processes alongside accounting personnel
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming customer lobby
