We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Board Operator to support live and recorded radio programming. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in local broadcasting while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic computer skills
- Interest in radio broadcasting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and fill-in shifts as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous radio or audio production experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Operate the broadcast console and automation
- Monitor audio quality
- Follow programming logs
- Assist on-air talent during live broadcasts
- Record audio
- Coordinate with staff and sales
- Ensure all programming airs accurately and on time
