About The Position

This is a full-time, onsite position for a Board Layout Engineer in Irvine, CA. The role requires strong experience in PCB layout design for multilayer boards, including footprint creation, verification, and library management. The engineer will need to have knowledge of IPC standards and PCB fabrication processes, and be proficient in PCB design tools. Collaboration with hardware, manufacturing, and mechanical engineering teams is essential.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
• Strong experience in PCB layout design for multilayer boards.
• Experience in footprint creation, verification, and library management.
• Knowledge of IPC standards and PCB fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Cadence Allegro, Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Mentor Graphics/PADS.
• Ability to work closely with hardware, manufacturing, and mechanical engineering teams.
