About The Position
Dane Street is seeking a Board Certified Pulmonology Physician to join its team of expert reviewers. This telework opportunity is for a 1099 independent contractor and offers a customizable schedule. The physician reviews clinical cases by evaluating medical records, preparing clinical summaries, engaging in peer communications, and answering specific questions from clients. Dane Street supports referral processes, scheduling, case preparation, medical-record preparation, transcription services as applicable, client communications, and quality and timely delivery of reports. The role requires attending orientation and training and maintaining the credentialing, state licenses, certifications, and other requirements necessary to perform the work.
Requirements
- Board certified.
- Current, unrestricted medical license.
- At least 5 years of clinical practice experience and actively practicing.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate medical records for clinical cases.
