Board Certified Licensed Psychiatrist
About The Position
Senior Psych Care (SPC) provides fully integrative behavioral health services to individuals in Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and State Veteran Homes across Texas, Oklahoma & Louisiana. Board Certified Licensed Psychiatrists provide collaboration/supervision for mid-levels employed by SPC. Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners (NP’s) and Physician Assistants (PA’s) provide brief cognitive and emotional assessments, psychotropic medication management and gradual dosage reductions. This position requires advanced psychiatric skill sets. Our psychotherapy and psychiatric teams collaborate with nursing home staff to provide quality patient care. SPC providers largely work in the field, rather than an office setting. SPC practices continuity of care, rather than a triage approach. We also offer telehealth services when appropriate.
Requirements
- Board Certified Licensed Psychiatrist
- Residing and licensed in Oklahoma
- Advanced psychiatric skill sets

Responsibilities
- Provide collaboration/supervision for mid-levels employed by SPC.
- Evaluate and treat patients.
- Provide brief cognitive and emotional assessments.
