Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) W/2 years Experience (Minimum)
About The Position
We are looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide direct support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. We provide in-home and in-school therapy, school based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, and community education. This role involves providing direct therapy to children with ASD and their families, delivering in-home and in-school Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the Houston, TX area, and educating family members, teachers, and other therapists on managing behavior concerns and developing skills. The position also requires collaboration with school personnel to provide in-school ABA services and performing home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA therapy as needed, and performing community education and other activities within the community or school settings.
Requirements
- Full-time hires are required to work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- Must agree to work two (2) mandatory Saturdays each month.
- Must have completed a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Certified with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
- Must maintain credentialing in compliance with BACB
- Must complete continuing education courses as noted by the BACB
- Must be licensed in the State of Texas as a Behavioral Analyst
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
Responsibilities
