About The Position

Success On The Spectrum is a national Autism Treatment Center dedicated to quality, offering ABA, ST, OT, and Social Skills Classes in center, in-home, and in-school. Our play-based model emphasizes Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and includes monthly field trips. We encourage high parent involvement with live viewing rooms. We are seeking an organized, clinically experienced Assistant Clinical Director BCBA for full-time employment. BCBAs are the main point of contact for parents, requiring strong communication skills and enthusiasm. We value work/life balance, with BCBAs typically working Monday-Friday 7:45 am-4:15 pm and rarely taking work home. Each BCBA is supported by an intern and manages a maximum caseload of 6 full-time clients. Clinical Directors are available to cover caseloads during vacations. Responsibilities include training and supervising behavior technicians. Attention to detail is crucial for adhering to service schedules and documenting services. Success On The Spectrum offers full billing transparency, with Office Managers creating daily schedules and BCBAs approving all insurance billing. The company is rapidly growing, offering significant opportunities for career advancement to Clinical Director roles in new locations. As a national clinic, there are also options for inter-location transfers. SOS does not require employees to sign non-compete agreements.

Requirements

BACB Certification.
BLS / CPR certification.
No criminal background.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active.

Responsibilities

Work In Center only Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm.
Acting Quality Assurance Officer.
Acting Ethics Officer.
Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc).
Create Individualized, research-based client programs.
Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.
Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center.
Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings.
Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests).
Safety Management.
Perform all BCBA Job Duties.
Cleaning Duties.

Benefits

Salary $85,000-$105,000/year (depending on experience).
Max case load of 6 full time clients/ BCBA.
