About The Position

We're growing throughout New Mexico and looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to provide meaningful, individualized care while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• A collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach.
• Someone who values individualized care and helping children build greater independence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs and ABA staff.
• Analyze data and make thoughtful, data-driven clinical decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team.
• Support children in building meaningful skills across home, school, and community settings.
• Complete clinical documentation and maintain ethical, high-quality care.
