SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care provides behavioral and therapeutic support services to consumers. This includes assessment, evaluation, training and education, program planning, support services, and clinical services to consumers, families, and/or staff. The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs. It also includes developing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to refine diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. The BCBA will design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals, continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment plans. The position requires applying ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills, as well as implementing strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive behavior changes. Data collection and analysis on behavior and progress are crucial for evaluating intervention effectiveness and making data-driven decisions. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, preparing reports, and educating/supporting parents and caregivers. Collaboration with other professionals, supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and adherence to ethical guidelines are key components. The BCBA will also manage crisis situations and complete daily clinical documentation within SpringHealth’s EHR, assist in developing training materials, and engage in continued education.
