About The Position

April ABA is a clinician-owned and operated organization focused on delivering high-quality behavioral services to individuals with autism. As a female- and veteran-led company, our goal is to establish robust clinical systems that enable clinicians to prioritize exceptional care and achieve significant outcomes for clients and their families. We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is collaborative, clinically focused, and values ethical practice, advanced behavior analysis approaches, and interdisciplinary teamwork. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to clinical excellence, professional development, and contributing to the advancement of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and authorization requests in accordance with insurance, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
  • Meet established billable service expectations.
  • Provide supervision, training, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB and organizational standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable BACB Ethics Code requirements.
  • Implement evidence-based clinical practices and organizational standards, including those established by leading organizations such as CASP and BHCOE.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with caregivers and provide education on treatment implementation and progress.
  • Coordinate care and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary providers and stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and case review meetings with leadership to discuss client progress and treatment planning.
