Requirements

• Active BCBA Certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
• Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based ABA services
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality care to children and families.
• Collaborate with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists.
• Mentor and develop others.
• Advocate for patients, families, and ethical clinical practices.
• Participate in Town Halls with executive leadership.
• Contribute to program development and leadership within the organization.
