About The Position

Applicants outside these qualifications will not be reviewed. Clinical Autonomy. Exceptional Backing. Lasting Influence. Flexible Hybrid Model — Built for Bay Area Life Bay Area traffic should not dictate your day. As a BCBA on our team, you get one remote workday each week paired with schedule flexibility — adjust your start and end times to work around the commute that fits your life, whether that means an early arrival, a later start, or anything in between. Pay and Bonus Structure Total Annual Compensation: $95,000 – $123,000 annually + sign-on bonus Base Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 Monthly Performance Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 annually (paid monthly) Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 – $10,000 (based on start date and location) Role Overview As a BCBA on our team at Trumpet Behavioral Health, a member of the BlueSprig family of companies, your week looks like this: morning sessions running assessments and shaping treatment plans, afternoons mentoring the BTs and RBTs who carry your programming forward, and ongoing touchpoints with parents who are counting on real progress at home. You'll own the clinical direction for a caseload of clients receiving ABA therapy, with the autonomy to design programs that actually fit the kid in front of you — not the caseload average. Trumpet Behavioral Health backs that work with the supervision ratios, supports, and clinical infrastructure that make it sustainable.
