About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role requiring Maryland licensure. The company emphasizes work-life balance, offers the ability to choose working hours and whether to drive, and aims to match BCBAs with cases suited to their skillsets and comfort zones. Administrative tasks are removed from the BCBA’s workload, and work is software-based rather than paper-based. Bonus opportunities are available. The BCBA conducts supervision and parent training, communicates with the back office, and creates, monitors, and updates instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
