About The Position

Storybook ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role requiring Maryland or Virginia LBA licensure. The organization emphasizes work-life balance by removing administrative tasks from BCBAs, offering choice over work hours and whether to travel, and matching clinicians with cases that fit their skills and comfort zones. Work is software-based, with no pen-and-paper processes. Bonus opportunities are available. The BCBA conducts supervision and parent training; coordinates with the back office to support clear communication; creates, monitors, and updates instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains; and creates, implements, and monitors behavior plans. The position offers full-time or part-time schedules, including flexible hours and potential evening, morning, after-school, and weekend work.
