About The Position

Clarvida is seeking a collaborative and compassionate Behavior Analyst to join its Autism Services Program in New Bern, North Carolina. The role provides individualized behavioral support to clients and their families in a team-centered setting. The position has a small caseload of 8–10 clients and a weekly billable requirement of 23 hours. The Behavior Analyst can create and manage their schedule to support client care and personal balance, and participates in ongoing training and professional development beginning on day one.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, or another Human Services discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina, or willingness to obtain licensure.
• Completion of 8-hour BACB Supervision Training.
• Organized, collaborative, and team-oriented professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and their support systems to guide individualized treatment planning.
• Provide outreach services and ongoing collaboration with the clinical team.
• Maintain a 23-hour weekly billable requirement.
• Contribute ideas, celebrate successes, and participate in team meetings and shared resources.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with a team of knowledgeable and supportive BCBAs.
• Provide high-quality, individualized behavioral support services.
• Create and manage a schedule to support client and personal balance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
