About The Position

Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an in-home position focused on delivering intensive, high-quality ABA therapy in the natural environment. This role emphasizes collaboration with clients, families, and a dedicated clinical team, with support from robust operational teams and systems. The position allows BCBAs to focus on client-centered care and driving meaningful progress, free from operational burdens.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Ability to deliver ABA therapy in the natural environment
  • Willingness to engage parents in therapy
  • Commitment to assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
  • Train and mentor Behavior Technicians to improve client outcomes
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making

Benefits
