About The Position

Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values expertise, strong clinical support, and career growth. This In-Home (in-person) BCBA position focuses on providing intensive, high-quality ABA therapy in the natural environment. The role involves direct daily engagement with clients, families, and a dedicated clinical team, with full support from robust operational teams and systems to ensure a focus on compassionate, client-centered care and meaningful progress.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Responsibilities

Oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
Train and mentor Behavior Technicians to improve client outcomes
Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making

Benefits

Base salary of $90,000–$100,000
