Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values expertise, strong clinical support, and career growth. This In-Home (in-person) BCBA position focuses on providing intensive, high-quality ABA therapy in the natural environment. The role offers continuity and deep collaboration with clients, families, and a dedicated clinical team. BCBAs will oversee and implement programs with comprehensive support from robust operational teams and systems, ensuring their focus remains on compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful progress.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Responsibilities
- Oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
- Train and mentor Behavior Technicians to improve client outcomes
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
