KIPP MA is looking for a dynamic, committed and flexible school-based behavior analyst to perform behavioral analysis and intervention support for general education students and students receiving specialized education services in grades K-8. The KIPP MA school-based behavior analyst will work closely with school mental health practitioners, school based student support teams, school leaders, and teachers to execute a tiered approach to behavior support at the school level. This position is 2 days / week in person at KIPP Academy Boston and 3 days / week at KIPP Academy Lynn and reports to the KIPP MA Managing Director of Student Supports. The ideal candidate will work with our team to amplify our children’s potential by creating a school experience that affirms, values, and challenges students each day. They will also seek to create a professional and authentic environment of joy, excellence, care, and community where educators can make long-term transformative outcomes for students.
