Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and ABA therapy.
  • Proficiency in treatment plan documentation.
  • Experience with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
  • Experience with task analysis.
  • Experience with parent and caregiver support.
  • Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
  • Experience with direct behavioral therapy.
  • Experience providing feedback to RBTs.
  • Experience with behavioral intervention sessions.
  • Experience with crisis management.
  • Experience with Safety-Care, CPR, CPI.
  • Experience with functional assessment.
  • Experience with skill acquisition plan development.
  • Experience collecting and analyzing data.
  • Experience in home-based and center-based settings.
  • Experience with natural environment teaching (NET).
  • Experience with antecedent interventions as ABA interventions.
  • Experience with caseload supervision.
  • Experience as a clinical supervisor.
  • Experience with Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA).
  • Experience with progress documentation.
  • Knowledge of verbal behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct behavioral therapy.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct functional assessments (FBA).
  • Supervise RBTs and provide feedback.
  • Manage caseloads.
  • Conduct clinical supervision.
  • Document progress and treatment plan details.
  • Utilize task analysis and skill acquisition plans.
  • Implement antecedent interventions as ABA interventions.
  • Provide parent and caregiver support.
  • Engage in crisis management.
  • Utilize Safety-Care, CPR, CPI techniques.
  • Conduct behavioral intervention sessions.
  • Perform natural environment teaching (NET).
