About The Position

At IABA, BCBAs do what they were trained to do - practice the science. As a BCBA-owned small business, we believe in quality over quotas: no minimum therapy hours, no corporate cookie-cutter treatment plans. Just a passionate, close-knit team committed to meaningful outcomes for our learners. You'll lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized interventions across both in-home and clinic settings. We trust our BCBAs to build their own schedules and work from home for indirect hours - because autonomy and work-life balance matter here. If you're energized by single-subject design, precision teaching, and making a real difference, we'd love to meet you.
