About The Position

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are rare, in-demand, and often burnt out. Thrive Therapies partners with forward-thinking school districts that prioritize behavior-change outcomes, invest in RBT teams, and give BCBAs clinical autonomy and reasonable supervision ratios. As a School-Based BCBA, you will lead behavior-change initiatives for students with autism spectrum disorder, emotional disturbance, and complex behavioral challenges. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, design behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs, manage clinical data systems, and collaborate with special education leadership to embed evidence-based behavior support across the school. You won't manage overwhelming caseloads; you'll work with curated caseloads where your functional behavior assessments and behavior plans actually drive change. You'll supervise well-trained RBTs who collect reliable data — and have time for classroom consultation, staff training, and behavior systems development.
