Cortica’s Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. In this role, you will oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and lead behavior technicians (BTs), supporting them in making a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. You will work as part of a transdisciplinary team to provide collaborative, individualized care with families, caregivers, and clinicians across disciplines. The role averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. Bonus potential is uncapped and can increase with additional billable hours. Advancement opportunities include BCBA levels I through IV; productivity targets for levels III and IV are reduced to 22 hours to allow more focus on leadership and broader professional interests. BCBAs have autonomy over when and where they supervise cases, while dedicated staff support scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Up to 50% of the role can be performed remotely, and telehealth is determined by the BCBA when clinically effective for the client. The position requires a successful post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review.
