BCBA Clinical Supervisor – Hybrid & Senior Opportunities Available
About The Position
360 Behavioral Health is hiring Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA services. BCBAs partner with families, clinical team members, and organizational support teams, with assistance from dedicated teams handling functions such as scheduling, authorizations, client intake, payroll, recruiting, and operations. The role has a monthly billable expectation of 100 hours. Employees can earn an uncapped bonus of $25 for each qualifying billable hour above that threshold. The posting lists a base salary of $85,000–$89,500 and a $10,000 employee bonus. Professional development includes an annual CEU benefit, monthly free CEUs, clinical mentorship, and career advancement opportunities, including a path toward senior clinical and leadership roles. Hybrid and senior opportunities are available.
Requirements
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Applicable state licensure, if required.
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services.
- Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered treatment.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
