BCBA Clinical Supervisor – Hybrid & Senior Opportunities Available
About The Position
360 Behavioral Health is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to provide clinical leadership and oversee individualized ABA services. BCBAs partner with families, clinical team members, and organizational support teams, with dedicated support for scheduling, authorizations, client intake, payroll, recruiting, and operations. The role has a stated monthly billable requirement of 100 hours and offers an uncapped bonus of $25 for every qualifying billable hour above that requirement. The listed base salary is $85,000–$89,500, with a $10,000 employee bonus also advertised. The position supports professional development through a $1,000 annual CEU benefit, monthly free CEU opportunities, clinical mentorship, and leadership support. Career advancement opportunities include Senior Clinical Supervisor, Assistant Director of Clinical Services, Director of Clinical Services, and regional clinical leadership.
Requirements
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Applicable state licensure, if required.
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality ABA services.
- Ability to effectively supervise, coach, and develop clinical team members.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered treatment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate client progress.
- Analyze clinical data and make treatment recommendations.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to clinical team members.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as clinically appropriate.
- Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with operational and support teams to help remove barriers to care.
- Support the professional development of clinical team members.
- Promote ethical, evidence-based, client-centered ABA services.
