About The Position

At Centria Autism, our Telehealth BCBAs lead in-home ABA services virtually—partnering with families and technicians to bring compassionate, high-quality care directly into clients’ homes. Whether you’re balancing location needs, family priorities, or a new phase of life, Centria’s virtual model gives you the support and tools to stay connected, effective, and fulfilled in your role. We offer a base salary of $83,000–$93,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month), and a $10,000 signing bonus. Centria offers flexible, purposeful work from home while leading in-home ABA services across multiple locations, ensuring access to care for families in need. Our proprietary CareConnect platform makes remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring seamless and intuitive. We support in-home teams using Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and assent-based practices, delivered in natural environments that support generalization. With predictable caseloads, manageable schedules, and dedicated support teams, you can achieve real work-life balance. You're never alone with layered support from Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and our Clinical Excellence Team. We handle the logistics, from scheduling to onboarding of technicians, so you don't have to worry about operational headaches. We support your career growth, whether you're mentoring, leading training, or stepping into leadership. We invest in you with CEU stipends, paid CEU days, and exclusive internal training events. Perks include an annual, all-inclusive vacation for two, early wage access, a company car or mileage reimbursement, and full benefits. We do not have a non-compete clause.
