At Centria Autism, our Telehealth BCBAs lead in-home ABA services virtually—partnering with families and technicians to bring compassionate, high-quality care directly into clients’ homes. We offer a base salary of $83,000–$93,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month), and a $10,000 signing bonus. Our proprietary CareConnect platform makes remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring seamless and intuitive. We support in-home teams using Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and assent-based practices, delivered in natural environments that support generalization. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Ability to lead in-home ABA services virtually
- Proficiency in using technology for remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Experience with Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and assent-based practices
- Willingness to provide virtual family training sessions
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
- Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
