About The Position

Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about creating meaningful change and delivering excellence in care. This role is designed to prioritize clinical quality over caseloads, with centralized support for administrative tasks, allowing BCBAs to focus on supervision, programming, and family collaboration. Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Responsibilities

  • Focus on clinical quality, not administrative overload.
  • Prioritize supervision, programming, and family collaboration.
  • Manage sustainable caseloads.
  • Engage in supervision, training, and collaboration.
  • Participate in a customized onboarding plan and ramp-up support.
  • Contribute to clinical direction and decision-making.
  • Pursue growth pathways for senior clinical leadership, center leadership, or mentorship.
  • Deliver ABA therapy.
  • Provide supervision to RBTs.
  • Collaborate with families.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Compensation range of $92,000 – $104,000, based on experience and clinical expertise.
