As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
- Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs) empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
- Supervising cases and designing a schedule that works for you.
- Focusing on clinical care while a dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.

- Earning Potential (Salary +Productivity Bonus): $91,000 - $114,000
- Up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with a second bonus
- Up to 22 days off in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.
