Requirements

Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
Successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review.

Ability to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV.

Responsibilities

Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and Assistant Supervisors.
Averaging 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks.
Supervising cases and designing a schedule that works for you.
Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
