About The Position

Thrive Autism Services is a specialty agency for children with autism spectrum disorder, with both in-clinic and in-home services. We service clients with behavior, cognitive, developmental needs from 18 months into adulthood. We offer caring ABA therapy centered around the client’s voice and experience. Our mission is to create a healthy and safe environment for all individuals living with Autism to learn, grow and THRIVE. We take pride in knowing that we make a difference in a person’s life each day. We are currently looking for BCBAs for our Gilbert, N. Gilbert & Tempe Clinics! Ability to start with a full caseload plus a $20,000 signing bonus.

Requirements

  • Must be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.
  • Should be a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of AZ (LBA)
  • Must be physically able to perform direct and supervision sessions
  • Must be able to administer variety of assessments and write treatment plans
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card
  • Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
  • Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification
  • 1+ years of supervised BCBA work experience
  • Must hold a valid drivers’ license and maintain proper current insurance
  • Must have a master's degree

Responsibilities

  • Conducts ABA program management for adults and children with autism spectrum disorders
  • Provides direct client services, including initial assessments
  • Supervises RBTs and conducts training and coaching
  • Collaborates with client’s treatment team and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes for all clients, including Behavior Technicians, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and schools
  • Facilitates parent training and support families to access community resources
