About The Position
Thrive Autism Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in Central Gilbert, AZ. We provide clinic-based and in-home ABA services for children, adolescents, and some adults with autism spectrum disorder. This role offers clinical autonomy, supportive leadership, and a sustainable weekday schedule, designed to prevent burnout. Requirements
- Current BCBA certification (BACB required)
- Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligible to obtain
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments.
- Provide ongoing clinical evaluation with data-driven program adjustments.
- Supervise and coach RBTs.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers (including SLPs, OTs, and schools).
- Lead parent training to support meaningful skill development across environments.
- Use clinical expertise and data analysis to guide treatment decisions.
- Ensure high-quality, ethical, and client-centered ABA services.
