About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who offers flexibility and hands-on impact. This role allows for a combination of remote work and in-person collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams. The BCBA will deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-home settings, supported by clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. Weekly in-person supervision is a requirement for this position.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Weekly in-person supervision required
  • Ability to work from home part of the week
  • Ability to conduct meaningful in-person collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams
  • Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home settings
  • Commitment to assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment
  • Support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships during in-person time
  • Utilize layered support from Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team
  • Work within a system where logistics such as scheduling and technician onboarding are handled by an operations team
  • Engage in career growth opportunities such as mentoring, leading clinical training, or stepping into leadership
  • Participate in CEU stipends and paid CEU days, and exclusive internal training events

Responsibilities

  • Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
