About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who offers flexibility and hands-on impact. This role allows for remote work part of the week, combined with meaningful in-person collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams. The BCBA will deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home settings, supported by clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. Weekly in-person supervision is a requirement for this role. The position emphasizes a balance between flexibility and clinical connection, assent-based care, purposeful in-person engagement, layered support from clinical leadership, and operational efficiency. Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Weekly in-person supervision

Nice To Haves

Experience with assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment

Responsibilities

Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
