About The Position
Centria Autism is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who offers flexibility and hands-on impact. This role allows for remote work part of the week, combined with in-person collaboration with clients, families, and clinical teams. The position involves delivering and overseeing high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-home settings, supported by clinical systems, operational teams, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. Criteria for the role includes weekly in-person supervision.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Weekly in-person supervision required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment
- Experience in mentoring other BCBAs or leading clinical training
Responsibilities
- Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
