About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy. This role offers flexibility to fit your lifestyle and passion for clinical care, allowing you to choose your schedule and make an impact on your terms. The position emphasizes a focus on clinical care with support from an operations team and a proprietary platform, minimizing administrative tasks. You will receive built-in clinical support from Clinical Directors, peer BCBAs, and the Clinical Excellence Team. The role utilizes Assent-Based ABA, aligning with Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and a child-led therapy approach. There are opportunities for growth, including additional hours, mentorship, or leadership roles as availability changes.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience delivering ABA therapy
  • Familiarity with Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment

Responsibilities

  • Provide BCBA oversight for a limited caseload of clients
  • Develop and maintain individualized, assent-based treatment plans
  • Support and supervise Behavior Technicians through coaching and modeling
  • Engage families in therapy through collaborative parent training
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and team input
