Centria Autism is seeking part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing individuals to work around family, other jobs, or personal commitments. The position emphasizes clinical care with support from an operations team and a proprietary platform, minimizing administrative tasks. BCBAs will have access to clinical directors, peer BCBAs, and a Clinical Excellence Team for support and collaboration. The therapy approach is assent-based, aligning with Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and a child-led philosophy. There are opportunities for growth, including additional hours or leadership roles, should availability change.
