About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing individuals to work around family, other jobs, or return to the field. The position emphasizes clinical care with support from an operations team and a proprietary platform, minimizing administrative tasks. BCBAs will have access to clinical support from Directors, peer BCBAs, and a Clinical Excellence Team. The therapy approach is assent-based, aligning with Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment, focusing on compassionate, child-led therapy. There are opportunities for growth, including additional hours, mentorship, or leadership roles as availability changes.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Experience with Practical Functional Assessment

Responsibilities

  • Provide BCBA oversight for a limited caseload of clients
  • Develop and maintain individualized, assent-based treatment plans
  • Support and supervise Behavior Technicians through coaching and modeling
  • Engage families in therapy through collaborative parent training
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and team input
