Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Active New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Bilingual Spanish and English Required

Responsibilities

Oversee the clinical direction of cases, ensuring thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment.
Serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to the team.
Set the tone for care, build trust, and drive meaningful progress.
Focus on treatment planning, family training, ongoing supervision, and reassessments.
Provide clinical support responsibilities outside of billable hours to ensure continuity of care and timely support for staff and families.
Conduct at least one weekend day per week, as needed, based on client and clinical support needs.
