Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Active New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Must be located in the NYC metro area or surrounding regions and willing to provide in-person supervision

Responsibilities

Oversee the clinical direction of cases, ensuring thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment for each client.
Serve as a key partner to families.
Act as a clinical leader to the team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.
Focus on treatment planning, family training, ongoing supervision, and reassessments.
Provide in-person supervision due to the belief that the best support happens through real-time collaboration, hands-on mentorship, and meaningful connection.
Ensure continuity of care and timely support for staff and families by being available outside of billable hours.
