This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each Client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment. You’ll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish and English Required
  • Flexibility to work at least one weekend day per week, as needed

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the clinical direction of cases, ensuring thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment.
  • Serve as a key partner to families.
  • Act as a clinical leader to the team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.
  • Focus on treatment planning, family training, ongoing supervision, and reassessments.
  • Provide in-person supervision for best support through real-time collaboration, hands-on mentorship, and meaningful connection.
  • Ensure continuity of care and timely support for staff and families by being available outside of billable hours.
