As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each Client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment. You’ll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Active New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Bilingual Spanish and English Required
Flexibility to work at least one weekend day per week, as needed

Responsibilities

Oversee the clinical direction of cases, ensuring thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment.
Serve as a key partner to families.
Act as a clinical leader to the team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress.
Focus on treatment planning, family training, ongoing supervision, and reassessments.
Provide in-person supervision for best support through real-time collaboration, hands-on mentorship, and meaningful connection.
Ensure continuity of care and timely support for staff and families by being available outside of billable hours.
