Centria is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative, center-based clinical environment. The role focuses on providing high-quality, individualized, assent-based care for children while supporting and mentoring Behavior Technicians and engaging parents in scheduled on-site training. BCBAs use regular supervision and data-driven decision-making to maintain clinical quality. Centria describes its care model as prioritizing outcomes over billables, with a proprietary CareConnect platform for treatment planning and data collection. Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, the Clinical Excellence Team, and operations teams provide layered support, including help with scheduling and technician onboarding. The company also offers career-development opportunities such as mentoring, clinical training, and leadership, as well as CEU support. The advertised base salary is $95,000–$105,000, with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities that typically average $1,000 per month. Other advertised perks include an annual all-inclusive vacation for two, early wage access, a company car or mileage reimbursement, full benefits, and no non-compete agreement.
