About The Position

Laugh & Learn Therapy is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in a fully remote position. This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA who values flexibility and professional autonomy while remaining actively engaged with clients, families, Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and the broader clinical team. At Laugh & Learn Therapy, we believe exceptional ABA services begin with strong clinical leadership and supported clinicians. Our remote BCBAs are an integral part of the treatment team and maintain a consistent, meaningful presence in the care of the clients they serve. This position is designed to be performed remotely while maintaining a high level of clinical involvement, accessibility, communication, and accountability. Remote BCBAs are expected to maintain consistent availability during scheduled working and supervision hours and to actively engage with clients, families, and clinical staff through approved virtual platforms. Our remote model provides flexibility and professional autonomy while maintaining the same expectations for quality clinical care, timely supervision, responsiveness, and collaboration as our onsite clinical team. Because client and staff needs can change, the BCBA must be proactive in identifying situations that require additional clinical support, collaboration, or escalation to onsite clinical leadership.

Requirements

Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
Current licensure in the State of Michigan.
Meets all applicable requirements to provide behavior-analytic and telehealth services to Laugh & Learn Therapy clients.
Experience developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to effectively evaluate client progress in a remote environment.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to effectively supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians virtually.
Excellent written communication and clinical documentation skills.
Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative and responsive to the clinical team.
Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace appropriate for confidential, HIPAA-compliant service delivery.

Experience providing remote or telehealth-based supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct and oversee assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide ongoing clinical supervision and case oversight in accordance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and company policies.
Provide virtual supervision, training, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
Maintain regular communication with direct-care staff and provide timely clinical guidance and support.
Monitor client progress through virtual observation, data analysis, treatment integrity measures, and ongoing review of clinical outcomes.
Make data-driven modifications to treatment plans and programming as clinically appropriate.
Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to support treatment goals and generalization of skills.
Complete treatment plans, progress reports, clinical documentation, and other required documentation accurately and within established timeframes.
Collaborate regularly with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, training staff, and other members of the clinical team.
Participate virtually in clinical meetings, treatment planning, staff development, and other required meetings.
Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with the BACB Ethics Code.
Ensure services are delivered in accordance with applicable payer, authorization, telehealth, supervision, and documentation requirements.
